SG Update (8): Multiple Meetings in a Day
20/5: Meeting marathon: Met a few friends in a day for lunch, dinner and supper...
Just 2 days left of my stay in Singapore...
At around 1pm, I met Eemei at City Hall, and we had lunch at Thai Express. Eemei was my housemate when we were staying in Clayton. When she fell ill early 2007, she left Australia and returned to Ipoh, where she's from. Now she's working in Singapore.
After updating each other on our lives in Thai Express, we went around Suntec City, shopping. After which, we settled down at Coffee and Toast and had a coffee.

Then at around 6.45pm, met up with my Poly mates - Claris and Qianlin first, then Syu joined us a bit later. We went to Swensens at Funan Mall to have dinner. Can you imagine, the tiny Claris we used to know in Poly is now 7 months pregnant??? She's expecting a baby boy in early July. Qianlin and Syu are happily attached (Syu has been with her bf for the longest time ever already... since Poly days). Who will be next in line to get married???
My dinner consisted of smoked salmon and mushroom spaghetti, and a 'cookie monster' drink.

THEN at 11.30pm met Andy again and we went to Simpang Bedok for a Roti prata supper...

A long day it was! But a happy one indeed...
