An Uneventful (but relaxing) Easter...

My Easter break was uneventful... All I did for both Friday and Saturday were to sleep, sleep and more sleep.... I just got to wake up for meals, watched a couple of episodes of my Korean drama, and then I'll go back to sleep... However, no matter how I sleep, it doesn't seem to be enough. I still feel so tired after that.... *shrugs*

On Easter Sunday, I took the Sydenham line (for the first time) and stopped at Albion station. Eva and Alvin have moved to the Caroline Springs area (North-west of Melbourne) last month and has invited me, Brian, Jenny and Gary to their new place for the first time. Oh my, I love their new house! It's newly-built, 3-rooms, and has a large, spacious living room. The feeling of the house was just great when you first stepped in. And it only cost them $350,000 for a brand new HOUSE. Unfortunately I didn't take photos of the house, cuz I was busy examining the place and go "WOW". The master bedroom even has a walk-in wardrobe!! I have always wanted one!!! Sigh...

14 month old Zoe let me carry her this time without crying!!! Awwwwww I really love this little toddler very much... :)

We had pizza, garlic bread, lots of grapes and an authentic Taiwanese "stew-meat rice" (卤肉饭) made by Eva. I miss Taiwanese cuisine.... Haven't been back for 4 years already... The night didn't seem much of a 'photo-taking' night therefore I do not have photos of myself and most of the people there... Zoe, was the exception since she's my favorite niece.... :)

On Easter Monday, another public holiday, I met up with my Korean classmates for dinner at Oriental Spoon. It was Jingyan's birthday on Good Friday, therefore we had a little (belated) celebration for her at the restaurant. We ordered a spicy soup seafood hotpot, which was so damn good! The crab meat was delicious! And I had the prawns and mussels as well. Other than that, we had Jap Chae (my favorite!), kimchi pancake, seafood pancake, dumplings and a honey-mango chicken dish (that is more Chinese than Korean...). We all had a good chat.

* Note: I have 2 friends by the name of "Alvin". So Zoe's father, Alvin is different from my friend Alvin from Korean class...

Back to work Tuesday onwards..... Both jobs... SIAN!!! :(

Just about 3 weeks to go... I can hardly wait!!!!
