GASeous Moment
On Friday night, we hang out after work again - Yiyi, Kylie, me, and the 'after-quitting-Sozai' Clayton, our 'ex'- Mr. M. Had supper at La Notte, on Lygon's Street. Had a dozen fresh oysters, fried prawns, rainbow trout and seafood pasta, plus alcohol and coffee afterwards. After our meal there, we proceeded on to Chapel Street's Chapellis and ordered cookies & cream cake, as well as strawberry pancake. Chit-chatted until 6am then Clayton drove me home.
However Clayton and I chit-chatted in his car until 7am before I declared it was too late (or 'early') and I got to go. Had a quick shower and slept for 1.5 hours before waking up again to meet my friends for breakfast.
Have already promised to go to South Melbourne for breakfast with Yongshan and Suya therefore I didn't want to go back on my promise despite that I am so tired and lack of sleep. I was actually quite late meeting them but we managed to catch brunch on the breakfast menu. Suya said that the breakfast at Gas on Clarendon Street of South Melbourne is very good, therefore I really looked forward to try it too.
I ordered Parisian Omelette, which came with 2 slices of hard-crust bread, French cheese dip and a dressing. Their coffee was pretty good as well.

Before food was served.

That was my breakfast

Suya ordered Middle Eastern omelette, and Yongshan ordered a combo of bacon, mutton, baked beans and bread.

We shared this but I can't remember the name of it...

Hopscotch!!

We encountered this tin man graffati and took photos with it.
Then now the 3 of us have uploaded these pics as our profile pictures. :) So now we have the same profile pics! :)

On the way back to the city... in tram
After breakfast we shopped at the Japanese homewares stores there, and we were intrigued by them. Sometimes I think the Japanese have the most exquisite items - both delicate and beautiful. I bought (believe this) 4 BOWLS, but they were on discount. Suya also bought some rice bowls.
Even though I was totally exhausted, it was a happy outing nonetheless. Bummer though... I went to work straight after meeting them.... :\
