23 more days

Looks like I'll be quite free for a couple of days, so I'll do some blogging then.

Last Saturday, I went to do shopping with my parents at Parkway Parade, the place where I practically grew up at. Not that I stay around the area, but I used to have my kindergarden lessons there, and years of piano lessons were at the Yamaha just opposite Parkway. So I'm pretty familiar with that area.

I chilled at Coffee Bean whilst waiting for my mom to shop for her bread at Four Leaves. Then we went shopping around, and I got myself a top. I'm so much wanting a pair of platform sandals from Americaya, but it costs $46.90, really expensive (dunno why I'm complaining, when Australia has much more expensive shoes). And my mom was telling me that I shouldn't be wearing too much heels cuz I'm already tall enough -_-;;;

After that we went to Giant to do some grocery shopping. Bought one whole trolley of things, including some lotions, hair products and other daily essentials that I want to bring back to Australia with me. I think I'm going to have a couple of HEAVY luggages to bring back to Australia!

Guess who I saw at Giant?? Amelia and her husband Jeff! They were out shopping with Amelia's parents. And I didn't see them at first, cuz my back was facing them. It was my dad who asked me: "Isn't that your friend?" then I realized. LOL... what a small world!

There was also a basar malam just opposite Parkway, and we went over to get my favorite cup corn and mom's favorite muah chee.

This is only three-quarters filled. It's later completed by chicken, potatoes, radish and carrots - all for the soups mommy is cooking for me

I love black chicken in soups, but I really can't stand the look of them. Remembered how frightened I was when I cooked this in Australia, and its head is sticking out. So lifeless, dead and scary. Bleah.

After shopping, we went to Bedok Market Place to have supper. The roti prata there is one of the best I've tasted~ Had 2 kosongs and 1 terok. And one milo dinosaur. Talk about gaining weight... Looks like I need to quickly find a job and shed the pounds off when I get back.

Recently, I've downloaded "Hanazakarino Kimitachihe" (or Hana Kimi for short, and "hua yang shao nian shao nu" in chinese), a Taiwanese drama based on the Japanese manga. I've never read the manga before, but I heard from people this drama kinda spoilt it. But because I've never read the manga before, I never knew what to expect, so I find the drama alright. Taiwanese "idol" dramas are always kinda 'crappy', but extremely funny.
However, I've fallen in love with the male lead - WU ZUN. He's from Brunei, but he has joined the boy group Fahrenheit, and is now based in Taiwan. I didn't find him that attractive when I watched "Tokyo Juliet" but somehow his role in Hana Kimi attracted me, and now I find myself oogling at him. Kekeke...

I think "Hana Kimi" will be airing on Channel U soon too. It stars Ella from S.H.E, Wu Zun and Jiro Wang from Fahrenheit, Tang Yu Zhe (also a singer), and Tang Zhi Ping.

And I'm going to get myself another hard disk to store all my dramas. I got to download more so I have some entertainment when I go back to Australia. 23 more days.... Time's running short!
