Out with Amelia~
After one year, finally get to meet up with my best friend, cum jie jie Amelia.... Being the true Singaporean her, she lead me around Singapore just like a pro... whereas the Un-Singaporean me can only follow blindly (dunno since when I start losing touch with Singapore?... ever since I went to Melbourne?). Anyway, we first met up at Pasir Ris, and walked to Downtown East to have lunch buffet at Sakura there. $20 per person for lunch. Had a feast of Oysters, mussels, scallops and sashimi, as well as some cakes, beef and a dory fish. Nice~

I'm grinning cuz there's FOOD...
Then we walked around Downtown East, passed Wet 'n' Wild, and Escape Theme park (which was closed), and then went back to Pasir Ris MRT and took the MRT to Orchard, and did some shopping there (trailed from Takashimaya to Paragon, to Heerens, to Cineleisure, to Centrepoint...). Dinner was at Shatec (where attachment students run the restaurant), and had Corn game hen with original jus (i don't think i got the dish right, but nvm...). Amelia and I had a heart-to-heart talk (*HUGS* ger.... hope u clear ur feelings soon and don't look into the past too much ok?) over our meal and whilst waiting for our dessert too~
Amelia surprised me with lovely flowers (my fave sunflower!)... How nice of her!

The day ended at Plaza Singapura, which was almost closed by the time we were there. Went around PS for a while then headed back.
