Thawing Ice and Feeling Unmotivated

I bought this giraffe in Melbourne that time cuz I thought it was so cute~~ haha.. I can hear some of my friends reading this go "There goes Clarice again... forever into soft toys..." or "how old is Clarice this year???"... hehehe.. anyway, I have something for soft toys with a huge nose and small bodies... hahaha...

These are my bedtime friends.... They accompany me to bed every night, and talk to me in my dreams... OK. I sound MORBID and INSANE.
P/S: To Andy: Can you see the yellow beanie at the back??? I brought it with me! :)

Just a pic of my homemade cappucino... nice? It tastes nice. More details: it's Nescafe's Cappucino
And a pic of my lovely parents when we were in JB during CNY.. Oh how I miss them so..!!

The Chicago postcard that Andy sent me from his trip in Central America... Still waiting for the rest to come!

Yea... went to play the piano again... and since I can upload the pics from my HP I took a pic of me and my favorite black and white keys. I wish I can play like a true talented pianist. But no way do I have enough time to practice~ Sigh... But I must not let my skills turn obsolete!
It's fantastic if I can really figure out how to upload pics from my hp so i need not bring camera everytime I go out, I can just take pics as and when I'm pleased. Furthermore, my camera's batteries fails on me EVERYTIME! They are really really weak now.... so, I'm lazy to bring them around now...
BTW, this blog layout might not be as user-friendly as the other one, but it's the best I've found so far.. kinda love the background and concept... Will improve more if I am free after exams...

Ice's thawing at home, thanks to me. I've decided to just forget stuff and initiated in talking and everything's fine now, SEEMINGLY. We're having our exams now so there is no time or mood to sit down and talk or argue and thrashing things out. And I think it's no use anyway. Just see how it goes. Anyway I'll be pretty much stuck in my room studying. So... I won't see much of anyone. And I've decided to ignore anything negative coming my way. Yes, I can do it!

ECONOMICS paper.... DUNNO if I'll get 40/100 (to pass the unit we must at least get 40% for exams, and 50% overall)... Maybe... Maybe not... 2 hour paper for 10 questions isn't enough! I ended up scribbling the last 2 questions. I missed out studying on DEADWEIGHT LOSS of MONOPOLIES and didn't really know how to answer one of the question, so I crapped. But it's a different story as when I crapped in my marketing course. Craps in marketing and management units are SENSIBLE craps. I know what I'm talking about, and there's no absolute right answer. But economics - you don't know means you don't know~ ARGH! U can't possibly crap that when price increase, demand will increase as well right? Or revenue is more important than profit, when your expenses are that much... It's not possible to crap much at all~ Sigh... After exams, few of us discussed the question for CPI calculations and I realized I did it wrong. Damn.... Not a positive view!
Forget it... it's over. The next hurdle to cross is Accounting paper, next monday, 12 June~ That's a TOUGH hurdle to cross. It's DRY, BORING, DIFFICULT and DOESN'T MAKE SENSE to me. So, I have less than 5 days to make everything make sense to me... *ARGH*

My best friend here - JAMES - leaving Australia to go back to Malaysia to work soon..... Next Monday. Honestly, even though I know the fact that this is LIFE and that people come and go in your life, and friends leave you though we might stay in touch, BUT it's still sad to have someone you're really close to just leave like that... He's like the only one left in Melbourne whom I regard as close friends. All others had left. Sigh...
Sad thing is I couldn't plan a farewell party for him, or even catch up with him cuz of my exams. He's also busy settling some stuff here so can't even meet up for a meal. And he's still working too~ Maybe this weekend we will meet up for a quick meal. Hopefully can catch up before he leaves Australia....
All the best, James!! And keep in touch!!

Just finished watching "My Name is Kim Sam Soon"... Another recommended drama. Caused huge waves in Korea too... About this patissiere Sam Soon (Kim Sun Ah) who just lost her bf, lost her job and is hitting 30. She found a new job at Bon Appetit as a baker and somehow got into a dating contract with the young boss there Jin Hun (Hyun Bin). But Jin Hun couldn't forget his ex-gf (Jung Ryeo Won) who left him 3 years ago when he got an accident. However before long, Sam Soon fell for Jin Hun, and the contract gets complicated.
Kim Sun Ah is such a veteran actress! She gained weight just for this role. She used to be so skinny before~ And Hyun Bin is so cute too! This drama seriously made me laugh so hard as well lol.... Definitely a good stress-killer.

Ok that's it... Better go hit the books before I go for revision lecture later...
But why am I feeling so unmotivated???
Accounting sucks BIG TIME!
:(
And I'm stuck with it...

[ADDED on THURSDAY 8 JUNE 2006]
Watched the 2-hour finale of The Amazing Race~ It was exciting and fun! The remaining 3 team raced through Tokyo (Japan), Anchorage (Alaska) and then ending it at Denver (Colorado). The HIPPIES BJ and Tyler came in FIRST and they got the MILLION dollars! I kinda expected either them or the frat boys Eric and Jeremy will win anyways. Both teams are fine with me. I know for a fact that my buddy Andy doesn't like the hippies (hehe... oops!), but I'm actually quite alright with them, though sometimes they can get quite annoying...
So what will the coming Thursdays be without The Amazing Race??? We'll see...
The weather's getting really cold these days... In the day it's like... 14-15 degrees (still ok), but at night it is like... 4-5 degrees? Damn cold... Must really wrap up!
Ok... ROGER! OVER~
