Busy, but lots of fun

If you've seen how I've been working these 3 weeks, you won't believe how I've managed it (cuz I can't even believe it myself!) Almost every single day I am at work (except for Tuesdays since I have class), and from morning til night time... Plus, I've taken out all my free time to eat out with friends and did some shopping too! Sales everywhere... I have gotten heaps of clothes at MNG, Dotti, 7 Angels, Jay Jay, Basement etc... Now I have to worry about my credit card debts AGAIN! But why couldn't I manage to resist these temptations? Why is it that all of a sudden, all these clothings seem to be attractive again?! *headache*

Although I am having heaps of fun, I was pretty pissed off at work as well. It's a long story. Dissatisfaction with our bosses, and with that 'bitch' whom all of us dislike (all except the younger boss who thinks she is the best worker he has ever had!). The seniors Benise, Yiyi and I have already told the boss how ridiculous this bitch can be, but even though he is trying to sound fair to us, every single word he said were all being on the bitch's side. In the end, we gave up trying. These days, we only do what's within our responsibility. Other things we will just have to close one eye and even pretend to be on very good terms with the bitch. I hate that I still have to do some major acting when I am at work... :\

I've worked a few lunches with Yiyi and I must say we are the best working companion ever! I've also helped to change the wine lists and other administrative works as well when it wasn't too busy.  After lunch, we will quickly dash across the road and settle down at some random cafe on High Street to have a coffee. We went to Cafe Alto and Woodstock these times to try their coffee.

One of the best designs I've seen recently.

On Saturday 16/10 we went over to Cafe Ciliegio again, thinking we can finally get to see Jeremy's puppy. But once again, Jeremy didn't make it. Afterwards we learnt that he got into a pretty bad car accident the night before, but fortunately he wasn't injured. His car was pretty badly damaged though, and he is unsure yet on how much money he will be paying to compensate and repair. Yiyi and I played shop when Frankie was in the kitchen preparing sandwiches for customers. I made coffee for myself, however, I couldn't manage to do any art on the coffee.... Taste wise, I think I make pretty decent coffee. I just need to improve on my artwork...

Then on Sunday 17/10, I met up with Eva and Zoe for lunch. We went to the Sunday Market at the Arts center before heading for lunch. Zoe is now 32 months and oh my... she is so talkative!! And just as cute as ever...! The inquisitive her yelled out "从从啊姨!!" when she sees me and ran into my legs, asking me a million things but I could only understand part of what she said.  LOL. I love this little girl like my own... she's so cheeky and I know she loves me too.. :)

We went to ITO Japanese restaurant to have lunch. Oooooh I love the sashimi!!!!!! And also the tenzaru soba... :)

Despite my big strength, I can barely carry her for long now... 14kg can't last me for more than 10 minutes
I love this photo. <3

With Eva and Zoe...
A very nice passerby saw us offered to help us take a photo together. We were trying to capture the 3 of us by ourselves by doing the good ol 'camwhore' method. haaa...

After parting with them I still had some time on my hands so I decided to go shopping. Bought so many things, and then carrying them all to work... After work that night, Yiyi and I went over to Giorgios again to have supper.

Tried another cocktail - the night tingle.

What we've been told to sell: All NEW apple cider from Sweden, and a local brand pear cider (from Moorabbin). Unfortunately I haven't had much luck even though I've identified my target audience. I've been selling a lot more kikusui sake and our new Stefano Lubiano chardonnay. I prefer the pear cider because it feels more like a 'alcohol' drink. The apple cider tastes just like Appletiser (a soft drink) even though it has a more aromatic fruity taste in it.  Generally speaking, I do not really like cider as an alcohol.
